Zenescope Entertainment's Grimm Fairy Tales #58

I was hired to do pencils for Zenescope Entertainment's Grimm Fairy Tales comic book series, which would be my first published work to be found at your local comic book store. Please go out and buy yourself a copy, please ;P
The issue is Grimm Fairy Tales #58. I only did the pencils, it was written and colored by other very talented people. I've never read any of the other books of the series so it was a little tough to get into the universe and accurately depict the characters that many others have already defined. It was a great experience and I hope to have more published work to showcase.

The x-es you see is where black is supposed to be. So imagine that the areas marked with an "x" is me "spotting blacks". I do that so I wouldn't need to spend time filling the area with pencil work. Other pages will have this, so please keep that in mind.

Below is page fifteen. I decided to fill my blacks with a dark gray to show where I wanted to place blacks.

Below is page twenty, one of my favorite pages of the issue.

If you enjoyed seeing these pages, please pick up an issue! I'll be doing some more work for  Zenescope, so I hope to posting up more work that I've done for them.
